Made with locally sourced hand-trimmed chicken liver, cooked very gently in British butter with all other ingredients. The rich orange juice and a generous shot of Cointreau give this pâté a fruity flavour to compliment the savory chicken liver.
Topped with some orange jelly for extra fruity burst on your pallet.
