The Garlic and Mushroom Chicken liver pate-is one of our classic three flavours. Using fresh mushrooms sautéed in butter and garlic until tender to release the flavours from the mushrooms. Then infuse the finest hand-trimmed chicken liver with the rich flavour from the mushrooms, adding more garlic, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until all the ingredients are soft and tender. The result is an award-winning, well-loved pâté by young and old.
You can use this pâté also in cooking, just let it melt on your steak- delicious. Or even in a Beef Wellington, let your imagination and taste buds free.
